Bridger Ski Foundation Cash in Lieu of Parkland Application for $150,000.00 - Addi Jadin Recommended Motion: Having considered all information presented, I move to recommend approval of the Bridger Ski Foundation Cash-in-lieu of Parkland Grant Application and the award of $150,000 toward the snowmaking project at Sunset Hills Cemetery. • Staff Memo and Application Materials b. Application 19460 Mountain Vista Site Plan Parkland Proposal - Addi Jadin Recommended Motion: Having considered all information presented, I move to recommend approval of the Mountain Vista parkland proposal consisting of cash-in-lieu of parkland as described in Application 19460 with all conditions of approval. • Staff Memo and Application Materials c. Application 20159 Bozeman Cohousing Concept Parkland Proposal - Addi Jadin Recommended Motion: Having considered all information presented, I move to recommend approval to the review authority of the preliminary parkland proposal associated with Concept Application 20159 Bozeman Cohousing and authorize staff to adjust the cash-in-lieu of parkland appraisal value as appropriate and prior to final site plan approval. • Staff Memo and Application Materials d. Bozeman Sports Park Master Plan Modification to add Well Field - Jadin/Heaston Recommended Motion: Having considered all information presented, I move to recommend City Staff pursue a master plan amendment at the Bozeman Sports Park for a well field and related appurtenances in the southeast corner of the park and to work with the RPAB Master Planning Subcommittee to review the site plan application as it is developed. • Discussion Materials e. Recreation and Parks Advisory Board Cash in Lieu Application for Trout Meadows Park - Addi Jadin Recommended Motion: Having considered all information presented, I move to recommend that staff and the RPAB Master Plan Subcommittee develop a Cash-in-lieu of Parkland Application for improvements at Trout Meadows Park. • Discussion Materials 6.
