TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Pursuant to Articles 4, 5, and 6 of the Preconstruction Services Conditions Agreement between
Owner and Construction Manager this GMP Amendment dated the 22nd day of July, 2020,
between City of Bozeman ("Owner") and Langlas &Associates, Inc. ("Contractor") for the
Bozeman Public Safety Center, hereby authorizes the entire Work for the project as described in
the complete set of Construction Documents prepared by ThinkOne and AndersonMasonDale
Architects, outlined below.
The Contract Sum is guaranteed by the Construction Manager not to exceed Thirty Six Million
Four Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Five Dollars and Zero Cents
($36,436,485.00). This amount may only be altered by Amendment or Change Order executed by
the parties in accordance with the Contract Documents.
See attached Exhibit 1 for an itemized statement of the Guaranteed Maximum Price organized by
trade categories, allowances, alternates, contingency, the Construction Manager's Fee, and other
items that comprise the Guaranteed Maximum Price and information on which it is based.
The Guaranteed Maximum Price is based on the following plans, specifications and addenda:
Volume 1 Plans, Issue for Bid, dated June 4, 2020, totaling 108 sheets
Volume 2 Plans, Issue for Bid, dated June 4, 2020, totaling 191 sheets
Volume 3 Plans, Issue for Bid, dated June 4, 2020, totaling 155 sheets
Volume 1 Project Manual, Issue for Bid, dated June 4, 2020, totaling 938 pages
Volume 2 Project Manual, Issue for Bid, dated June 4, 2020, totaling 938 pages
Volume 3 Project Manual, Issue for Bid, dated June 4, 2020, totaling 740 pages
Addendum No. 1, dated July 1, 2020, totaling 537 pages
Addendum No. 2, dated July 2, 2020, totaling 67 pages
Addendum No. 3, dated July 7, 2020, totaling 84 pages
The anticipated date of Substantial Completion established by this Amendment is April 8, 2022.
