Bozeman City Commision and Staff,
This is a very critical issue otherwise I would not be contacting you.
We have been closely monitoring today's developments and I want to bring two items to your
attention that show that there is reason to believe that the FDA is still attempting to find waysto obtain an unconstitutional search of persons or forced administration of drugs.
First, the FDA has today just issued an Emergency Use Authorization for At-Home COVID-
19 Testing. You can read about this at https://www.contagionlive.com/news/fda-gives-eua-for-athome-covid19-testing.
In your professional opinion, why would a voluntary test, to be administered in a non-clinical
setting require an Emergency Use Authorization?
Secondly, Diffusion Pharmaceuticals today announced it has received FDA Guidance for a
new COVID-19 program. At the end of the article there is a clear statement about how theyare not legally liable for "Forward-Looking statements," which appear to prove they have
insider information. However, the Pfizer press release I included in my last email containsthe prescient statement saying that there will be an "Emergency Use Authorization" which is a
Forward-Looking statement. Is it not reasonable to assume that industries that are beingchosen by the FDA to manufacture COVID-19 drugs are now trying to head off concern and
legal complications by including this odd statement about their right to use Forward-Lookingstatements?
