Regarding the internal review of Bozeman as an Inclusive City
In addition to the 24 action items, I request that the city commission also complete the following work:
1. Investigate how many items the BPD has purchased through the 1033 program, and that those items all
be returned to the federal government.
2. The city do study whether or not school resource officers are the best use of our tax dollars in schools.
3. Ask the BPD to publicly post their clearance rates for crimes using the FBI uniform reporting formula.
