GVLT Application GVLT Application Maps At the February 20, 2020 meeting, the application was reviewed against the Rough Cut Checklist as required in the TOP Program Procedures and Evaluation Criteria. Future Review: Upon completion of Step Two, the application will be reviewed by the TOP Committee based on the Community Benefit criteria. The Community Benefit criteria assess a proposal’s contribution to the parks, trails and open space system. Proposals shall also be scored in this step pursuant to the appropriate Prevailing Characteristics matrix, which is specific to the type of proposal being evaluated (stream enhancement, athletic complex, trail, open space, or park). Amount of Funding Requested: $150,000.00
