We are Ronald P & Elinor de Lancey Pulcini. We live north at 411 West Garfield St., just across the street from the
Delta Gamma group living parking lot project at 418 West Garfield.
RE: Lighting for the parking lot — total of four (4).
Unfortunately, we do not have access to a copy of explanation "C/AL.1” which describes the lighting.
We are concerned that four (4) more tower/pole mounted lights will be added to the two street lights that supply
adequate lighting to our property, including the intersection of Fourth and Garfield.
Two bedrooms of our two story house face the proposed parking area and we are concerned that whatever lights are
used, do not shine directly in those two rooms. They’re for sleeping, right?
We urge Chris Saunders and the building committee to reduce the proposed lighting out of respect for our
neighbors.
