Authorize the City Manager to Sign a Sub-Recipient Agreement with the Prospera Business Network for Management of the City of Bozeman’s Community Development Block Grant Revolving Loan Fund and Coronavirus Small Business Local Relief Fund for a Five Year Term (Fontenot) 3. Authorize the City Manager to Sign a First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Brendle Group for a Climate Action and Resiliency Plan (Meyer) 4. Resolution 5181, Intent to Create a Special Improvement Lighting District 760 for The Nest Subdivision (Clark) 5. Resolution 5203, Intent to Modify Special Improvement Lighting District 743 for South University District Phases 1-3 (Clark) 6. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. Approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment for the Bozeman Public Safety Center (Winn) Bozeman City Commission Meeting Agenda, July 27, 2020 Page 3 of 3 Consider the motion: After listening to the presentation by staff and considering public comment, I move to authorize the City Manager to sign the Guaranteed Maximum Price amendment with all alternates to the Contract for Construction with Langlas and Associates for the construction of the Bozeman Public Safety Center.
