a. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Annexation Agreement between City and Gary
Metcalf - 39.92-acre parcel described as Tract A, COS No. 2389 (north side of Durston
Road at Cottonwood Road extended)
b. Commission Resolution No. 3680 - annexing 39.92-acre parcel described as Tract A,
COS No. 2389 (north side of Durston Road at Cottonwood Road extended)
c. Ordinance No. 1613 - Zone Map Amendment - establishing initial municipal zoning
designations of "R-Q" and "R-3" on 39.92-acre parcel described as Tract A, COS No.
2389 (north side of Durston Road at Cottonwood Road extended); provisionally adopt
and bring back in two weeks for final adoption
d. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Annexation Agreement between City and Evert
Wierda and Buffalo land Management, L.L.C. -1 0.06-acre parcel located in the SE~,

Thomas Drive)
e. Commission Resolution No. 3681 - annexing 10.06-acre parcel located in the SE~,

f. Ordinance No. 1614 - establishing initial municipal zoning designation of "R-3" on
10.0611-acre parcel located in the SE~, SW~, Section 35, T1S, R5E, MPM (lying
along north side of Baxter lane, west of Thomas Drive); provisionally adopt and bring
back in two weeks for final adoption
g. Approval of final plat for Walton Homestead Subdivision Planned Unit Development,
Phase I - subdivide 14.4541 acres described as Tracts 1-4, CDS No. 2085, and parcel
described in Book 144, Page 373, into 36 residential and 4 professional office!

j. Commission Resolution No. 3682 - intent to amend Bozeman 2020 Community Plan

Subdivision No. 319, from "Residential" and "Neighborhood Commercial" to "Regional
Commercial and Services"

Services - Winter & Company, Boulder, Colorado - for updating of the City's entryway
corridor design objectives plans
I. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Purchase Agreement for Parcel No.6, Durston
Road West project - Orville F. Christenot Trust and Annette F. Christenot Trust - 45-
foot-wide strip along north edge of part of remainder of Tract 6, Smith Subdivision

m. Award bid - Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Phase 11- Williams Plumbing
and Heating, Inc., Bozeman, Montana - in the bid amount of $1,867,000.00

20. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Memorandum of Agreement on Downtown Parking Garage
