RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, on January 21, 2014 an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure
Payment of Deferred Development Impact Fees was recorded as Document No. 2472881 with
the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder in association with Building Permit 13-19893,
WHEREAS, Grantor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien
in the real property described as: Address of 3121 Catkin Lane and legally described as Lot 9,
Block 16, Cattail Creek Subdivision Phases 2A and 2B.
