I have attached a letter for public comment to request change in the Growth Policy designation of
The Bozeman Gateway Subdivision PUD. The request is to support City Planning’s recommendation
to change the growth policy designation from Community Commercial Mixed Use to Regional
Commercial and Services.

Re: Bozeman Growth Policy Designation
To Whom It May Concern,
On July 10th we received comments from the Planning Department regarding our application for
modification of the currently approved Bozeman Gateway Subdivision PUD. Within these comments,
Staff recommended that we submit a written request to change the growth policy designation of the
Bozeman Gateway PUD from Community Commercial Mixed Use to Regional Commercial and
Services. We agree that this designation change to Regional Commercial and Services is better suited for
our development and will allow us to continue creating welcoming spaces for the Bozeman community.
Please accept this letter as our official request to have the Bozeman Gateway PUD’s growth policy
designation changed from Community Commercial Mixed Use to Regional Commercial and Services.
