Brett- If the floor area doesn't increase significantly,there is no change in water source for irrigation, and there isn't a
car wash being programmed into the building uses then you should fall under the 1AF threshold for payment of
CILWR. Will take a closer look when the application comes in the door.

Apparently I mixed projects up in my mind and forgot to email you about this one. It is
the existing Subaru site, we are just demoing and rebuilding the new building, so we
should be good to go on the water rights, correct?
