a. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Purchase Agreement with Esther Reiter-
10-foot-wide strip along southern edge of West Babcock Street right-of-way
adjacent to 3006 West Babcock Street
b. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Quit Claim Deed from Esther Reiter -
32.51-foot by 11 O-foot parcel adjacent to Parcel No. 15, West Babcock Street
project (3006 West Babcock Street)
c. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Temporary Access
Easement and Agreement from Esther Reiter - 10-foot-wide strip of land lying
32.51 feet south of the northern edge of Parcel No. 15, West Babcock Street
project (3006 West Babcock Street)
d. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Settlement Agreement between the City
of Bozeman and Williams Plumbing, Heating and Utilities, Inc., Bozeman,
Montana - for Wastewater Treatment Plant Modifications, Phase I
e. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Amendment No. 1 to Professional
Services Agreement for Sourdough Bypass Project - Morrison-Maierle, Inc.
t. Award of projects to be funded through the 2004-2005 Parkland Improvement
Fund ($150,000), per Recreation and Parks Advisory Board recommendations,
as forwarded in memo from Parks Manager Ron Dingman with memo dated April
15, 2004; contingent upon final FY05 budget approval
g. Application for Beer and Wine License for Calendar Year 2004 - WalMart, 1500
North 7th Avenue; contingent upon receipt of State license and confirmation that
all conditions of the final site plan approval have been met
h. Appointment of Commissioner Youngman and Commissioner Kirchhoff to sub-
committee to review Depository Bonds and Pledged Securities as of March 31,
2004

15. Continued public hearing - Zone Map Amendment - amend the zoning from "R-3" to "B-2" on
