Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Temporary Access Easement and Agreement from Esther Reiter - 10-foot-wide strip of land lying 32.51 feet south of the northern edge of Parcel No. 15, West Babcock Street project (3006 West Babcock Street) d.
