Dear Mr.Nehring
The city of Bozeman requested this letter from D&G Investments LLLP,the owner of 31910 E.Frontage
Rd, in Bozeman MT in order to confirm understanding of the improvements necessary for your adjacent
property located at 31908 E. Frontage Rd.
D&G Investments LLLP understands that the improvements necessary for your property and our joint
access will require alterations to our property along our eastern property line. We further understand that
these improvements will extend onto our property beyond the limits of the easement in order to correctly
grade, pave, and blend the properties together.
As a result of the newly created joint access,we further understand that our existing eastern most access
on our property will need to be removed and returned to a drainage ditch prior to completion of the new
AudiNolkswagen facility.
These improvements are mutually beneficial to both property owners and we approve of your work-
including that necessary outside of the easement agreement in order to achieve a harmonious and
cohesive development.
