RE: Gallatin Subaru - Site Plan Application
Dear Danielle:
The purpose of this submittal is to provide you with a Site Plan Application for the above
referenced project. The project is consistent with the existing Zoning, and Subdivision Regulations
for this area. The attached narrative, site/civil plans, architectural drawings, landscape plans and
applicable attachments show all related information.
In response to your preliminary comments:
· The SP1 is now included in the electronic copy;
· SP1 #54- see the revised roof plan drawing;
· SP1 #68- as discussed in our email correspondence, the parking lot screening is contradictory
to the intent of a vehicle sales lot, and will be discussed with DRC;
· SP1 #78- the email from Mr. Heaston is now included in the hard & electronic copies.
The overall project will include some new water & sewer services into the proposed building,
building construction as well as parking lot and grading construction. All increased stormwater will
be captured and detained on-site, very similar to the Audi building next door. The proposed use of
the building is to be strictly an automotive sales and service building used by 1 company, with
adequate parking provided to ensure maximum on-site spaces. No phasing of the project will be
needed, and only a single variance is being requested (see project narrative).
Also, see the included project narrative in regards to specific items for the property, as well as the
response to the Concept Review comments (Application #19511, received on 1/13/20).
