I calculated the fees differently than you did based on the 32,054 square feet of floor area listed on the Al and the plans. Let me know if you have any questions on the total fee of$18,819.50. 1 have listed the application submittal deadline as this Wednesday 3/11 by 4pm or next Wednesday 3/17 by 4pm.The following missing items must be included in the submittal: 1) The SP1 form must be in the physical and digital copies 2) SP1#54, provide a detail of the louvered screen wall that is proposed for the rooftop mechanical equipment screening 3) SP1#68, parking lot screening is required for parking areas located between a principal structure and a public street, screening must be 4-6' high x 4' wide, this is not detailed in the landscaping submittal. 4) SP1#78, need cash-in-lieu of water rights calculation and confirmation from Brian Heaston for the submittal, bheaston@bozeman.net Let me know if you have any questions on these requirements.
