Approval of final plat for minor subdivision requested by R&D Holding - subdivide 19.6 acres described as Tract 1, COS No. 1846, into 5 commercial lots - 360 Ranch Corporation and R&D Holding (northeast corner of Huffine Lane and Cottonwood Road) c. Award bid for SID No. 674 (water, sewer and street improvements in Bridger Center Subdivision) - Walker Excavation, Inc., Belgrade, Montana - in the bid amount of $371 ,024.00 d.
