Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Manhattan for building inspection services c. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access Easement and Agreement - Mike Cooper - easement generally 30 feet in width across Lot 1, Block 5, Cattail Creek Subdivision, Phase I (lot lying at southwest corner of intersection of North 27th Avenue and Warbler Way) d. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Public Access and Utility Easement and Agreement - Ebbighausen Homes, Inc. - easements varying between 10 and 20 feet wide across Lot 1, Block 5, Laurel Glen Subdivision, Phase I (extending north from Glenwood Drive) e. Building Inspection Division report for May 2004 f. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions 6.
