RE: Flanders Mill Apartments - Master Site Plan Application
Dear Jacob,
On behalf of our client, Seven Ox Seven LLC, we are submitting a Master Site Plan application for review
for the proposed “Flanders Mill Apartments” located on Lot 1, Block 25, Flanders Mill Subdivision Ph 7,
S03, T02S, R05E, Plat J-652. Access to the proposed development will be from Harvest Parkway and
Windrow Drive. Site improvements include parking, drive lanes, sidewalks, trash enclosures, landscaping,
and storm water facilities.
Included in our submittal package is Two (2) copy of the following items:
Master Site Plan Review Fee - $1,995
