Included in this section are the Wastewater Daily Flow Analysis and the Baxter Meadows Lift
Station(BMLS) Analysis. The BMLS Analysis shows that the Flanders Mill Subdivision Phase
7 apartment development was originally designed for 200 dwelling units. The Flanders Mill
Apartments development proposes 200 dwelling units and therefore meets the requirements for
wastewater flow capacity set forth by the remaining capacity of the lift station.
