Dear Jacob:
On behalf of our client, Seven Ox Seven LLC, we are submitting a Phase I Site Plan application for review
for the proposed “Flanders Mill Apartments” located on Lot 1, Block 25, Flanders Mill Subdivision Ph 7,
S03, T02S, R05E, Plat J-652. Access to the proposed development will be from Harvest Parkway and
Windrow Drive. Site improvements include parking, drive lanes, sidewalks, trash enclosures, landscaping,
and storm water facilities.
Included in our submittal package is one (1) copy of the following items:
