Hi Griffin, Thanks for getting back to me on this. 19459 is the project number.
According to the ITE 9th Edition,for residential condominiums/townhouse the Trips per Unit is 0.52 trips/dwelling
unit. There are 16 dwelling units, which comes out to 8.32 peak hour trips.

Happy New Year.Though I don't think a TIS is warranted, can you send over the estimated peak-hour trips for the
project?We need these numbers in order to provide the waiver.Also if this project has already come in as a Concept or
Informal App can you include the project number.
