Dear Jacob,
On behalf of the applicant, Shane Collins Construction LLC,we are submitting a Site Plan application for
review for the proposed "Collins Apartments"located on Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, of Cattail Creek
Subdivision Ph 3.
The application package has been revised based on your February 10`h intake review comments. A
narrative of how we addressed each comment is included in this submittal.
Access to the proposed development will be from Warbler Way. Site improvements include parking, drive
lanes, sidewalks, landscaping, and storm water facilities.
Included in our submittal package are two (2) copies of the following items:
• Site Plan Review Fee -$4,053.00 ($2,165.00 base fee+($118/unit x 16 units)
• Deviation Request Review Fee -$241.00
