The Site Plan is being submitted concurrently with a Master Site Plan application. Access to the proposed development will be from South 19`h Avenue and Lantern Drive. Site improvements include public water, sewer and roadway extension, parking, drive lanes, sidewalks,trash enclosures, landscaping and storm water facilities are proposed. Public improvements will be within the appropriate public right of way/utility easements.
