As I am sure you are aware the City of Bozeman is requesting that development submit a request to DNRC for
exempt well approval for site plan review.
I have not submitted this type of request previously so please let me know if you need additional information.
The project is a phased 240 multi unit residential development with two 11,500 sf+/- office buildings. The first
Phase consists of 120 residential units. The balance and office buildings will be built in future phases.
The anticipated water use is as follows:
• Domestic (extending and tying in to the City water mains): max hour flow= 179.4 gpm
• Irrigation—On Site (see attached layout): total water usage for phase iv irrigation=2.67 AF
