I would convey to subdivision review committee that we also see value in the park frontage along 191h despite there being no parking because it gives us visibility. We would ask as a condition of approval that the park feature our standard signage at 3 locations: along the west frontage and at the north and south frontage in an area visible from 191h Also remember we will have to manage the timing of the two applications and "adoption" of the park master plan. I think that we can adopt the plan with whichever development comes first and we may need the park easement for the entire park (both developments) at that time. I am not able to convene subdivision review committee outside our normal meeting schedule this month. We next meet on November 21". My recommendation is that you go forward to Planning with all revisions and I will schedule it accordingly with Subdivision Review Committee.
