Application 20027, Icon Apartments Subdivision a Subsequent Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to Allow the Subdivision of 19.86 Acres Into Two Residential Lots, Two Dedicated Parkland Lots, Three Open Space Storm Water Lots, and Street Right-of-way (Quasi-judicial) (Jacob Miller) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all Bozeman City Commission Meeting Agenda, June 22, 2020 Page 4 of 4 the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 20027 and move to approve the subdivision with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. 2. Resolution 5170, A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, Appropriating Funds for Various Budget Units, and Further Estimating Revenue Necessary to Operate and Maintain Services of Municipal Government for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2021 (Donald) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5170, A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, Appropriating Funds for Various Budget Units, and Further Estimating Revenue Necessary to Operate and Maintain Services of Municipal Government for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2021 I.
