Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-14 as submitted.
G. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This
is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There
will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but
you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which
does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and
courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please limit your
comments to three minutes.
H. Action Items
1. Resolution 5131, Authorizing the Execution and Delivery for Midtown TIF Bond Issuance
(Donald)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 5131, Authorizing the Execution and Delivery for
Midtown TIF Bond Issuance.
2. Certificate of Appropriateness Application to Allow for a Zoning Deviation for the Construction
of a Two Story Garage with Master Suite Connected to the Main House via a Breezeway and
Expanded Enclosed Porch, with a Deviation Specifically Cited from the Following Sections of
the Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC): Section 38.320.030.C to Allow Construction of the
Garage 5’ From the Property Line and the Expanded Mudroom on the Property Line Within a
Front Setback of 15 feet, Application 20065 (Quasi-judicial) (Gonzalez)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all
the information presented, I hereby find that application 20065 meets the criteria required for approval
and move to approve the Nielsen Master Suite application for a deviation request from Section
38.320.030.C of BMC to allow for the construction of a 2 story 681 sq. ft. garage 5’ from the north property
line and a 112 sq. ft. expansion of an existing enclosed porch on the north property line, as shown within
the application materials.
3. Appointment to the City Planning Board (Maas)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint to the City Planning Board one member, Jennifer Madgic, whose

term expired January 31, 2020 for a new term expiring January 31, 2022.
4. Appointment to the Cemetery Advisory Board (Maas)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member, Russ Tuckerman, to the Cemetery Advisory Board
with a term ending December 31, 2022.
5. Appointment to the City-County Board of Health (Maas)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the City-County Board of Health, City Appointee
position, with a term ending January 1, 2023.
6. Appointment to the Community Affordable Housing Advisory Board (CAHAB) (Maas)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the Representative of HRDC non-voting Position
on the Community Affordable Housing Advisory Board (CAHAB) with a term ending June 30, 2022.
