Request for extension of approval for annexation of 0.67 acres described as Tracts 3 and 4, located in the W1f2 of the NW~ of the SW~ of Section 13, T2S, R5E, MPM (1602 and 1604 Maple Lane) - Robert & Kathleen Mielnik and Donald & Laurene Fausett (A-03004) (SK) b. Ordinance No. 1620 - establishing an initial municipal zoning designation of "B-2", Community Business, on 8.06 acres described as a portion of Lot 1 , Minor Subdivision No. 221, adjacent portion of Roxi Lane abandoned, and adjacent portion of Valley Center Road; finally adopt (Previously Item 4c on August 9 agenda) c. Ordinance No. 1621 - setting City Commissioner salaries, effective July 1, 2004; provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks for final adoption d. Commission Resolution No. 3715 - authorize City Manager to sign Change Order No. 1 for SID No. 674 (Bridger Center Subdivision) - Walker Excavation, Inc., Belgrade, Montana - add $822.00 and 0 contract days e. Commission Resolution No. 3716 - intent to abandon and vacate portions of the rights- of-way for West Oak Street, North Black Avenue and north/south alley in Blocks 3 and 4, Imes Addition (Fairgrounds); set public hearing for September 7,2004 f. Commission Resolution No. 3717 - intent to abandon and vacate portion of the right-of- way for West Lincoln Street, extending westward from South 5th Avenue approximately 143 feet; set public hearing for September 7,2004 g. Commission Resolution No. 3718 - stating intent to modify the Urban Renewal Plan by extending the life of the tax increment financing district to the fifteenth year after adoption of the Plan; set public hearing for September 20, 2004 h. Authorize Mayor to sign - Findings of Fact and Order - modification of a condition for the preliminary plat for Harvest Creek Subdivision, Phases V through XI, which requires improvements to Durston Road prior to filing of the final plat for Phases VIII-XI (northwest of intersection of Durston Road and North 27th Avenue) i. Authorize City Manager to sign - Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement for SID No. 674 (Bridger Center Subdivision) - Morrison-Maierle, Inc., Bozeman, Montana j. Authorize City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Public Access Easement across Lot 11, Block 2, Gallatin Park Center (extending southwest from Gallatin Park Drive) - SR Wallace, LLC k. Authorize City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Public Access Easement across Lot 10, Block 2, Gallatin Park Center (extending southwest from Gallatin Park Drive) - Kurt Winegardner and Melinda Winegardner City Commission meetings are open to all members of the public.
