Hi there, My name is Danielle Nicholas. Last night around 8:30pm someone was flying a drone in Cooper
Park. They were flying it very low over the backyards of many of our homes near Cooper Park. This is a huge
violation of privacy and compromises safety, especially as many children live in this neighborhood. I called
City Code Compliance today and they said there are no codes, ordinances, or laws regarding the flying of
drones within the city limits. What do I need to do so that something is in place? Thank you for your time.
