THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR
Community Housing Program Services dated the 7th day of January, 2020 (the "Agreement") is
made and entered into this ay of June, 2020, by and between the CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, a self governing municipal corporation organized and existing under its Charter and
the laws of the State of Montana, 121 North Rouse Street, Bozeman, Montana, with a mailing
address of PO Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771, hereinafter referred to as "City," and, Matthew A.
Madsen, dba M Squared Consulting, l 133 N. 14th Ave. Apt. 107, Bozeman, MT 59715, hereinafter
referred to as "Contractor."
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the receipt and
sufficiency whereof being hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement
as follows:
1. Extension of Term. Section 30 of the Agreement is extended for an additional six (6)
month period. The Agreement shall expire on December 31 st, 2020 unless earlier
terminated as provided in the Agreement.
2. Agreement still valid. All remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain valid.
