Hello, This interesting piece in the Washington Post (link below) is very thorough about various ways restaurantsare dealing with findings of Covid-positive staff after they have opened. Guidelines vary and are often not specificnor restrictive (the CDCsuggests a 24-hr closure as ideal, DC mandates a 24-48 hr closedown). I looked to see whatguidelines restaurants have been given here, but I could not find any through the Healthy Gallatin website, nor witha Google search.
BTW I was told that at Plonk, after staff did not feel safe being directed NOT to wear masks, that eight of them quit.Even in these uncertain economic times. I certainly wouldn't want to eat at a restaurant, outside, or distanced inside,if ANY of the staff did not have masks on. I can't imagine insisting that staff remain maskless. I hope this is notcommon, particularly given our uptick, with 29 new Gallatin Co. cases in ten days.
