SUBJECT: Authorize the City Manager to sign an extension to the Professional Services Agreement with Matthew A. Madsen, of M Squared Consulting for administrative support to the Community Housing Program.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign an extension to the Professional
Services Agreement with Matthew A. Madsen, of M Squared Consulting for administrative support to the Community Housing Program. BACKGROUND: The City of Bozeman has identified community housing as one of its top
priorities in the Strategic Plan. The operations of the Community Housing Program have been
disrupted by position vacancy, as well as the COVID-19 pandemic. The extension of this professional services agreement serves to ensure programmatic services are kept current and program objectives addressed.
