NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all potential purchasers of Lot 9, Block 22, Flanders
Mill Subdivision Phase 6,City of Bozeman,Gallatin County,Montana,which is described
herein, that the property has NOT been approved for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) or
other development beyond a single household residence.
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN to all potential purchasers of Lot 9, Block 22,
Flanders Mill Subdivision Phase 6,City of Bozeman,Gallatin County,Montana,which is
described herein, that the development restriction described herein may be removed with
mutual consent of the property owner and the City.
THEREFORE, BE ADVISED,that an Accessory Dwelling Unit or other development
beyond a single household residence is not approved for Lot 9,Block 22, Flanders Mill
Subdivision Phase 6,City of Bozeman,Gallatin County,Montana until all required review
process are completed and approved by the City of Bozeman.
