Subdivision (Donald)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Commission Resolution 5166, Creation of Special Improvement
Lighting District 759 for Cottonwood Subdivision.
2. Resolution 5183, Fixing Terms and Conditions of Sewer System Revenue Bonds for funding
the Davis Lane Lift Station and Norton East Ranch Interceptor (Donald)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 5183 relating to $15,149,000 sewer system revenue
bonds (DNRC Water Pollution Control State Revolving Loan Program), consisting of $300,000 subordinate
lien taxable Series 2020A Bond, $7,786,000 Series 2020B Bond, and $7,063,000 Series C bond; authorizing
the issuance and fixing the terms and conditions thereof.
3. Resolution 5184, Fixing Terms and Conditions of Sewer System Revenue Bonds for Funding
the Front Street Interceptor (Donald)
Consider the motion: I move to approve resolution 5184 relating to $2,807,000 sewer system revenue
bond (DNRC Water Pollution Control State Revolving Loan Program), Series 2020D; authorizing the
issuance and fixing the terms and conditions thereof.
4. Ordinance 2053, Provisional Adoption Amending Section 2.02.070.A.1 of the Bozeman
Municipal Code to Change the Regular Meeting Day of the Bozeman City Commission from
Monday to Tuesday. (Mihelich)
Consider the motion: I move to provisionally adopt Ordinance 2053.
5. Resolution 5177, the Blackwood Groves Annexation, and Ordinance 2052, Provisional
Adoption of the Blackwood Groves Zone Map Amendment. The Annexation of a Parcel and
Adjacent Right of Way Totaling 120.9877 Acres and Amendment of the City Zoning Map for
