Just to be crystal clear. 320 N Montana sold to the current owner on 6/4/2014. Attached is a copy of the listing. Please see the Public Remarks under public information. They read:
....”The home itself is not habitable and it would be up to the buyer to determine whether or not it’s salvageable for a remodel. All utilities have been turned off to the house”.
This property has sat like this for over 6 years!!!

I can send you the listing from years ago. Why not enforce a tear down and allow him to keep his build able /grandfathered lot as the house currently stands? David Perlstein

David, At this time the City is not pursuing a demo of this structure. The assessment of the building department is that the building remains safe as long as it is properly boarded up and secure. I will remain vigilant that the owner controls the vegetation on the property to decrease the fire hazard. The code
does not classify a structure as a nuisance because it is unsightly. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
