I support 2015 Wheat Drive to be the new location for the shelter, because it is a safe location for the
community and our guests. It has easy access to the streamline bus, easier access back into the community,
and more capacity. The location is still private, and not near any residential areas. It can house 180% more
people than the old location, this meaning that there would be a decrease in potential turn aways. It will
have more showers for guests, so people are not waiting until midnight to take a shower. It has an outdoor
area, so guests are not all smoking cigarettes in the parking lot.
Overall, this location is better for everyone, because of safety purposes. Safety is #1!
