NOTICE OF A
SITE PLAN APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of Section 38.230.100 of the Bozeman
Municipal Code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all
criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing (see below) regarding compliance of this application with the
required criteria. The Planning Offices at 20 E. Olive are open to review the file. The application
documents and plans will also be provided online (see below). Comments should identify the
specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.070.B, BMC,
issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice
period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations.

Summary: Phase 1 of the Valley West Square Master Site Plan (Application #18355). Phase 1
consists of common parking and vehicular circulation, pedestrian facilities, drainage facilities, and
landscaping to serve five commercial lots for future buildings that will provide approximately
38,000 square feet of commercial space as a mix of office and retail, as well as a small café. Approval
