Dear Ms. Tanner,Thank you for your email. There is NO law in Bozeman or any place else in Montana requiring someone towear a face covering. They are encouraged in places where social distancing isdifficult. If a business chooses to enact that requirement, that is their prerogative ,just as it is their prerogative to require shirts and shoes when entering theirbusiness. I would encourage you to read the governors directives on reopening in phase twowhich can be found on the Healthy Gallatin .org website. Thank you again for your email and expressing your concerns.

We live in a mountain environment, with fresh air, and an activelifestyle.
We have currently had more people die in car accidents this year than
from a virus.
It does not make any sense to require people to wear a mask inBozeman when -
bars are open
restaurants are openpeople are out and about liviing their life
farmingranching
LIFE
Requiring a mask is going to cause more - -social unrest
-more health issues-resentment
-less LOCAL SHOPPING and more on-line shopping taking moremoney away from our economy
-depression-you will make healthy people believe that they are sick
-you will divide the community
