LLC for graffiti abatement services.

AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign an Addendum to the Professional
Services Agreement with Clean Slate Group, LLC for citywide graffiti abatement services.
BACKGROUND: The City of Bozeman entered into a two-year contract with Clean Slate Group on June 4, 2018 for citywide graffiti abatement services. Section 30 of the Professional Services Agreement allows for extension of the contract not to exceed three (3) years. This
extension provides for continuity of work flow.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: There are no known unresolved issues. ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the Commission. FISCAL EFFECTS: The Public Works Administration budgeted $40,000 in FY20 and $40,000 in FY21 for graffiti removal services. Attachments: First Addendum to Professional Services Agreement
