Hello,
My apologies in not getting this in before noon today. However, it is very important that I
express my concerns with any more multi-family housing that will ultimately use South 11thor Alder Creek as a means of transportation.
In order for more traffic to be increased on S 11th there needs to be considerable study and
consolidation done before anything further is developed. What used to be a very family andpark-centric street could become a heavily used street. I do not believe when the original
application was granted this was the intent of S 11th---a conduit to multi-family units.
Being between two schools (Morning Star and Sacajawea) I really hope the Planning Boardremains true to their original spirit and deny the amendment to request the original use and
keep it Residential.
Please consider the multiple families with young kids who are constantly crossing 11th andAlder Creek to access their schools and parks---schools and parks that were the main reason
many folks chose this neighborhood.
Thank you for your time.
