NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A
GROWTH POLICY AMENDMENT APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against Amendment Criteria 1-4 of Section 17.4 of the Bozeman Community Plan. Approval or conditional approval may be granted if the decision maker determines all criteria are met. The Bozeman Planning board will conduct a public hearing on the application on Tuesday, May 19,
2020 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held using WebEx, an online video conferencing system. The public may join the WebEx meeting or may stream the meeting through the City’s website at https://www.bozeman.net/services/city-tv-and-streaming-audio. Instructions for joining the WebEx meeting will be included on the meeting agenda which is published on the City’s website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. The agenda is available in the Meetings and Events portion of the City’s website at https://www.bozeman.net/home. The Bozeman City Commission will conduct a public hearing on the application on Monday, June 8,
2020. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will EITHER be held in person in the City Commission Room, City Hall, 121 N. Rouse Avenue Bozeman, MT, OR be held using WebEx, an online video conferencing system. If held electronically, the public may join the WebEx meeting or may stream the meeting through the City’s website at https://www.bozeman.net/services/city-tv-and-streaming-audio.
