Welcome Back City Planning Board Members,
I write today on behalf of our client, Wake Up Inc. (Christine & Kevin Huyser), which is the ownerof several parcels south of the planned Bridger View neighborhood. We are in the process ofpreparing redevelopment plans for these properties and have been following the progress of theBridger View project, as well as others in the vicinity. The letter is submitted to demonstrate overallsupport for the project and includes a specific response to information included in the applicationand the Staff Report packet.
Specifically, we support proposed Condition of Approval #11 that stipulates city maintenance for
Hillside Lane. We also support the additional triangular R.O.W. area that is proposed to be added tothe south of Hillside Lane as shown on various diagrams and the preliminary plat. This will allowfor utility connections to the south, and eventual complimenting street fronting development.
