easement and to ratify his signature on a public access easement with Norton Properties, LLC for the Norton East Ranch Phase 4 project (19224).

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Interim City Manager to sign a temporary public
access easement and to ratify his signature on a public access easement
with Norton Properties, LLC for the Norton East Ranch Phase 4 project (19224).
BACKGROUND: Attached are copies (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed agreements. Engineering staff reviewed the documents and found them to be acceptable.
