I think it is ridiculous that I am not allowed to continue recycling services without also having garbage
pickup. I have been paying for both and didn't realize hat my landlord covers my garbage pick up through
republic. I wanted to continue recycling services through the city and the woman who answered my call
told me I couldn't and was very rude on the phone to me. Please explain why I can't continue a service I
paid for?! T makes no sense.
