Hello Community Development;
Can you please stop approving so many buildings that are black and gray. Can we please end this phase of dark,
dreary, depressed building that I believe reflect the collective subconscious over the past few years.
Won’t these black building draw more heat into our atmosphere, like asphalt does? Why, given the warming of the
planet would we want to increase the dangers of a heating globe with all these dark, black buildings.
I am disgusted by the black/ gray armory building. It would have been so beautiful a terra-cotta color to reflect the
Art Deco original architecture. Instead we have this ugly, depressing monstrosity looming over downtown.
Please stop!!!
