a. Commission Resolution No. 3584 - intent to create SID No. 674, water, sewer
and street improvements in Bridger Center Subdivision; set public hearing for
April 21 ,2003
b. Award bid - 9-foot turf mower for Parks Division - Midland Implement Company,
Billings, Montana - in the bid amount of $39,150.00
c. Award bid - 10%-foot turf mower for Parks Division - Turf Care and Specialty
Products, Inc., Billings, Montana - in the bid amount of $34,981.00
d. Claims
Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate
persons to complete the necessary actions
5. Informal review - "The Mill" health and exercise establishment - climbing gym facility in
northeast corner of Building "C" of the Historic Story Mill, 2150 Story Mill Road - Ed McCrone

6. Informal review - major subdivision pre-application and concept plan for planned unit
development - The Village Downtown - allow subdivision and development of two lots of the
five-lot Broadway Minor Subdivision, totaling approximately 8 acres, to include 32 townhouse
units with garages and private access at rear of each lot, with relaxations from zoning
regulations regarding lot width, lot size, setbacks, lot coverage and public street frontage - C&H
Engineering and Surveying, Inc., for BRC Investments, % Delaney and Company, Inc.

residential lots, 70 townhouse residential lots and 8 commercial lots, with relaxations from
Sections 16.14.020.H., 16.14.030.B., 16.14.030.0., 16.14.040, 16.16.010.1. and 16.16.070,
Bozeman Municipal Code, re minimum lot frontage, block length, sidewalks, private streets and
minimum distance between public and/or private accesses onto a public street (between

relaxations from Section 18.20.020, 18.20.030, 18.20.040, 18.20.050, 18.26.020, 18.26.060,
18.26.040, 18.50.11 O.F. and 18.50.1 OO.E., Bozeman Municipal Code, re minimum lot area and
width, maximum lot coverage, minimum yards, lot coverage, retail uses in the "R-O" District,
height restrictions, reduction in parking requirements, and accesses to be closer than that
required for an arterial street (Walton Homestead) (between Durston Road and West Oak
