Please see the information below regarding the property at 2928 W Babcock. The planning department is refusing to accept the site plan application until we have a traffic waiver. We are trying to get the site plan application back in to the planning department as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need additional information! A conceptual plan is attached. The subject property is highlighted below; 3 The proposed development is a combination of duplexes and single units, with a total 25 dwelling units. We would like to request a waiver from a Traffic Impact Study for the project. Bob Abelin from Abelin Traffic Services used the 10 th editions ITE Trip generation numbers to project 9 AM trips and 11 PM trips and a total of 136 daily trips . Please let me know if you need additional information regarding the project to complete the waiver request.
