Drew,
Based on the low amount of peak hourly trips generated by this project, a Traffic Impact Study is not required for this
project. Please use this email as your waiver for SP submittal.

Good Afternoon Anna,
I spoke with Griffin at the City office today, and he said he had forwarded the traffic study waiver request to you
because you reviewed the concept plan. Please see the information below regarding the property at 2928 W Babcock.
The planning department is refusing to accept the site plan application until we have a traffic waiver. We are trying to
get the site plan application back in to the planning department as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need
additional information!
Thanks,
Drew Kirsch, E.I.

Hi Griffin,
I just wanted to check to see if you have had a chance to look at the waiver request for this property. We are trying to
submit the site plan 10/15 and I just wanted to make sure we have everything lined out. Attached is a more up to date
site plan, though not a whole lot has changed.
Thanks,
Drew Kirsch, E.I.

Subject: Traffic Impact Study Waiver Request
Good Afternoon Griffin,
I am working on a site plan for a project at 2928 West Babock. A conceptual plan is attached. The subject property is
highlighted below;
3
The proposed development is a combination of duplexes and single units, with a total 25 dwelling units.
We would like to request a waiver from a Traffic Impact Study for the project. Bob Abelin from Abelin Traffic Services
used the 10 th editions ITE Trip generation numbers to project 9 AM trips and 11 PM trips and a total of 136 daily trips .
Please let me know if you need additional information regarding the project to complete the waiver request.
Thanks,
Drew Kirsch, E.I.
