Good Morning Kerri,
We are working on a site plan application for property near Michael Grove Ave and Babock St. The proposed
development is on a 2.4346 tract of land, with 25 units that will be connected to City of Bozeman water and sewer. We
are proposing an exempt irrigation well on the east side of the property. The development will have approximately
0.9045 Acres of landscaping. The City is requesting we provide a letter from the DNRC that confirms the well satisfies the
requirements of an exempt well (under 35 gpm and less than 10 AF per year). Could you please provide us with that
letter? The legal description for the site is the property described in Doc. No. 2046120, Located in SW ¼, Sec. 11, T. 2. S.,
R. 5 E. of P.M.M. City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana. Attached is a copy of the first page of the site plan. Let me
know if you need any additional information.
