a. Proclamation - "National Library Week 2003" - April 6-12, 2003
b. Approval of final plat for Baxter Meadows Subdivision, Phase I - subdivide 66.54
acres described as part of the SW1f4 and all of the SE~ of Section 34, T1 S, R5E,
and the NE~ of Section 3, T2S, R5E, MPM, into lots for mixed use development
(at Baxter Lane and Flanders Mill Road) (P-0123) (DS)
c. Approval of final plat for Home Depot Minor Subdivision - subdivide 52.5 acres
described as Lot 2, COS No. 2089, into four lots for commercial and residential
development - Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. (P-02049) (SK)
d. Commission Resolution No. 3585 - annexing 59.03 acres located in the NW1f4
and SW1f4, Section 35, T1 S, R5E, MPM (Cattail Creek Subdivision, Phase II)
e. Ordinance No. 1593 - establishing initial municipal zoning designations of "R-2,"
"R-3A" and "R-3" on 59.03 acres located in the NW~ and SW1f4, Section 35,
T1 S, R5E, MPM (Cattail Creek Subdivision, Phase II); provisionally adopt and
bring back in two weeks for final adoption
f. Authorize Mayor to sign - Findings of Fact and Order- Cattail Creek Subdivision,
Phase II - subdivide 58+ acres into 42 single-family residential lots, 31 multi-
family residential lots and associated parklands and open space (immediately
west of Cattail Creek Subdivision, Phase I, and Gallatin Center Subdivision PUD)

g. Approval of request from the State of Montana Department of Natural Resources
and Conservation for one-year extension of approval for the Lewis and Clark
Major Subdivision (subdivide 33.415 acres located in the SW1f4 and NW~,
Section 36, T1 S, R6E, MPM, into 8 industrial lots) (along north side of Baxter
Lane, east of Simmental Way) (P-9933) (DS)
h. Claims
Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate
persons to complete the necessary actions
5. Swearing in of Confirmed Firefighters Chris Dubay and Terry Greene
