D. General Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the
record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the
Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item
for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
If the public wishes to orally provide comment during the meeting citizens may either send an email
to agenda@bozeman.net indicating their name, phone number, and the item they wish to
comment on, or text the same information to 406-224-3967. City staff will call those who indicate
they wish to comment.
E. Executive Session
1. Interviews with City Manager Semi-finalist Candidates
The Mayor may close the meeting to the public pursuant to Sect. 2-3-203(3), MCA, during the time
discussion relates to a matter of individual privacy if and only if the Mayor determines the demands of
individual privacy clearly exceed the merits of public disclosure. The right of individual privacy may be
waived by the individual about whom the discussion pertains and, in that event, the meeting must be
open.
